我覺得 (ngo5 gok3 dak1) is casual and 我認為 (ngo5 jing6 wai4) is more formal. Both introduce personal opinions. 覺得 is used far more often in daily conversation.

雖然 A,但係 B (although A, but B)
雖然 (seoi1 jin4)...但係 (daan6 hai6) is a concession pattern. Acknowledge one point with 雖然, then present your counter-point with 但係. Very useful for nuanced opinions.
Although he is tired, he still persists in exercising.
雖然貴,但係質量好好。

Although expensive, the quality is very good.
verb + 得 + adj (doing something in a certain way)
verb + 得 (dak1) + adjective describes HOW an action is done. 講得啱 means "said correctly / you are right". This is the manner complement pattern.
你講得好好。
nei5gong2dak1hou2hou2.
You speak very well.
佢做得好快。
keoi5zou6dak1hou2faai3.
She does it very quickly.
因為 A 所以 B (because A therefore B)
因為 (jan1 wai6)...所以 (so2 ji5) is the cause-and-effect pattern. State the reason with 因為, then the result with 所以. In casual speech, one half is often dropped.
因為落雨,所以我遲到。
jan1wai6lok6jyu5,so2ji5ngo5ci4dou3.
Because it rained, I was late.
因為太貴,所以我冇買。
jan1wai6taai3gwai3,so2ji5ngo5mou5maai5.
Because it was too expensive, I did not buy it.
